It’s been almost 10 years since the tragedy of September 11th, and in honor of those who lost loved ones, President Obama recently held a Ground Zero memorial service. 14-year-old Payton Wall, who lost her father on 9/11, was at the ceremony and mentioned her dream of meeting Justin Bieber to the President. “I know Justin,” he replied, since the Biebs performed at the White House in 2010. “Maybe I could set something up.” And that’s exactly what he did!

Payton, her younger sister Avery and her best friend Madison got to hang out with Justin during his “Someday” perfume launch event in New York City. “It was so cool. I couldn’t even believe it,” Payton spilled. “He just said ‘Hi.’ He was asking us about the perfume and if we were wearing it.”Her sister Avery added, “He was really nice and is so cute … He didn’t even look real.” The girls admitted that they were more nervous about meeting Justin than the President!

Gotta watch this new movie!!

BOP and Tiger Beat had an exclusive sit down with Selena Gomez to talk about her new movie, Monte Carlo. The movie comes out in theaters next Friday, but Sel spilled some unknown secrets only to us about pranks on the set and why she was so nervous!

BOP&TB: How was filming Monte Carlo different then filming Wizards of Waverly Place?
Selena: With this whole movie in general, I felt like I needed to put my game on a lot more. I always work so hard with my acting, but when I found out Nicole Kidman was producing it and all of the other actors were going to be a part of it, I was kind of freaking out a bit! During filming, I was so nervous everyday. I would always go up to my mom between scenes and ask her, “Was that scene okay?”

BOP&TB: Did anyone pull pranks on the Monte Carlo set?
Selena: Leighton Meester is actually kind of a prankster! She would constantly say something like, “Oh, I have to go right now — I have to leave.” I would be worried and think something terrible happened, but then she would say, “Just kidding!” She’s just that kind person and she’s just so funny.

BOP&TB: You play two different characters in the movie — how was that?!
Selena: I play a British heiress and a Texas girl. One of them fortunately is very easy for me — the Texas girl! But playing a British heiress was very nerve-wracking, because of course 

that’s very far from who I am. But the producers and directors and everyone else on the set were so wonderful and helped me so much.It will be released next Friday,July 1.Be sure to catch it! :)

Someone's sick...

According to TMZ and MTV News, Selena Gomez checked into a hospital last night after her appearance on The Tonight Show. Gomez’s rep told MTV, “She wasn’t feeling well and was taken to the hospital. She is currently undergoing routine tests.”

Due to this sudden illness, Sel will not be able to make it to the first stop of her Monte Carlo Mall tour today. She was set to perform at Santa Monica Place. However, the rest of the cast will be in attendance.

UPDATE: Hollywood Records has announced via Twitter that Sel has been released from the hospital. We hope she’s feeling much better!

More updates:Last week Selena Gomez was taken to the hospital after her interview on The Tonight Show. Her rep said that she wasn’t feeling well and that they were going to run a series of tests on her. She was released not long after she was admitted.

She was re-hospitalized again over the weekend and was said to have been complaining of nausea and a pretty severe headache. Thankfully, she just had food poisoning and will be completely fine!
This morning she tweeted that she was feeling much better and that she would resume her mall tour in Santa Monica, CA where she cancelled her Friday show.

Boyfriend Justin Bieber even skipped a hockey game on Friday night that he was scheduled to appear at after hearing Selena was taken to the hospital. Aww, what a sweet guy! He also went to Twitter to send his condolences to his sweetheart.

Justin won the Collaborative Video Award for his work with Rascal Flatts in the music video, “That Should Be Me.".Justin looked handsome in a crisp white jacket with a black hoodie underneath. He also rocked his signature backwards baseball cap and decided to don two earrings again. We love the pins he placed on his jacket, too — so trendy, Justin!

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are inseparable these days! Where are they off to now? On a basketball date in Dallas! Justin, an avid basketball fan, was spotted cheering in his box next to girlfriend Selena Gomez and buddy Kenny. The two were seen watching the intense game and sharing kisses and hugs between plays. How precious!

Justin had an awesome time at the game, based on his tweets. Justin said, “NBA FINALS tonight…gonna be crazy. who you got? MAVS or HEAT?” and “#GREATGAME!” We hope he was rooting for Dallas since Selena is a true Texas girl at heart!

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse & Justin Bieber Win MTV Movie Awards

Twilight,twilight...Hmm,sounds familiar.These words are common to you,aren't they? >_< It seems everyone love Twilight.The show's strong surpport earn it 5 awards at 2011 MTV movie awards.Even Justin Bieber is no match for it.He got 1 award which is pretty great.

         For the third year in a row, The Twilight Saga dominated the MTV Movie Awards. The third movie of the franchise, Eclipse, took home five golden popcorns including Best Movie.

And in true MTV Movie Award fashion, the show was full of crazy antics. The most jaw-dropping moment of the night came courtesy of Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. When the couple went up to receive their popcorn for Best Kiss, fans were hoping that Rob and Kristen would finally smooch on camera -- but they got much more than they bargained for when instead of planting a wet one on Kristen, Rob ran into the audience and kissed Taylor Lautner!

Justin Bieber also made a surprise appearance at the show to accept his trophy for Best Jaw-Dropping Moment for his performance spectacular in Justin Bieber: Never Say Never.

At the MTV Movie Awards, Justin Bieber sported a new look, which included pierced ears. Justin also recently revealed a new tattoo on the left side of his ribcage that says "Jesus" in hebrew.Think it is cool or horrible?

It was a big night for Hollywood’s movie stars last night at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards at Universal’s Gibson Amphitheatre. Everyone looked super fabulous! But who had the best red carpet look? Lets take a look!


Selena Gomez

Sel looked classy and elegant in her beige/tan skirt and white blouse which had a beautiful blue stitched floral design on it. She kept her look simple and carried a tan clutch and matching pumps of the same color. Her only accessory was her chunky gold dangling earrings.


Kristen Stewart

Kristen Stewart looked so pretty in her strapless glittery dress! She paired her red mini with simple black pumps and accessorized it with silver rings. Her hair and make-up matched well, too — she went with smokey eyes and nude lips, wearing her hair down and natural.


Emma Watson

Emma rocked a very beautiful white mini dress that had a gorgeous beaded neck line and shoulder design! Her hair and makeup looked very elegant, with smoky eyes and nude lips, just like Kristen Stewart. She kept her jewelry simple like Sel, but sweet with dangling earrings and a matching bracelet and ring.

Shay Mitchell

Shay wore a beautiful strappy silver and metallic sequined mini that had an accent color of coral throughout the dress. Her hair looked gorgeous down and flowy while her makeup looked natural and flawless! Her accessories for the night were her gorgeous gold pumps and a silver ring and bracelet!


Nina Dobrev

Nina also wore a strapless red mini like Kristen Stewart, but instead of silver beads, Nina’s dress was glowing with gold! Nina clipped one side of her hair back, revealing her adorable smile and light makeup palette. We love it!
